We imagine the Seashore Chapel as an old boat drifting on the ocean long time ago. The ocean receded through time and left an empty structure behind, which is still lying on the beach.The space is thus divided vertically.
Located in Beijing traditional Hutong district, the project’s structure space is an «L» shaped area, 450 square metres large. Currently, the space has five old traditional houses and temporary corroded steel houses. The building, which originally hosted company business meetings before going dormant due to poor management will be transformed into a tea café. The tea café will be an ample place for people to read while enjoying their tea time. Additionally, the café will also serve individual dining guests.
The Tokyo Station Yaesu Redevelopment consists of a 200‑meter South Tower, a second 200‑meter North Tower on a retail base and a new entrance to Tokyo Station. A simple yet bold strategy was developed to give the development a unique presence. Taut glass facades define the towers’ volume while the angular geometry of the North Tower further emphasizes the different uses of the base and the tower. Various layers of glass define the office and retail components and provide a distinct image on the skyline. The first private train stop in public space and private administration in the Czech Republic is situated 280 m from the Czech‑German border, where railway track No. 828 Dresden – Ebersbasch – Zittau – Liberec – Tanvald interbreeds with Rumburská Street. The train stop connects the neighboring part of the town of Varnsdorf and the area of Kocour Brewery to the system of local and regional transport network.
